We ship with Australia Post, please check the Australia Post website with your tracking number if you have any further questions or concerns.

PRE-SALE?

Just letting you know if you order a Product on Pre sale the item has already been ordered

And they are coming to our warehouse. 

We will have them in our hands within 3 week and shipped to you asap so a total of 4 weeks or so to your front door

We will keep you updated with emails as we are a very fast-selling store and sometimes can't keep up

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our warehouse is in  Australia and Our Office is in Adelaide, SA. 

RETURNS?

We accept returns.

You can return items (at the buyer’s expense) in their original condition within 30 days of your purchase.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

There will be no returns on sale items or beanies or items that have been worn or that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

DELIVERY TIME?

Australia - Orders from Australia will be delivered within one to ten working days, depending on your preferred shipping method (Standard or Express)

Pre-orders may be different and shipping times will be communicated for each individual product on pre-order.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Delivery within Australia Post is free with orders over $99 and you will receive your order within 10 working days. 

Order Under $99 there is a flat fee of $9.99 for Shipping within Australia and you will receive your order within 10 working days. 

Pre-orders may be different and shipping times will be communicated for each individual product on pre-order.

Customers outside of Australia shipping incur a flat $20 fee. Please contact us for shipping outside Australia
