SHIPPING METHOD

We ship with Australia Post, and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times due to COVID-19. Due to social distancing measures, signature is no longer required when receiving your order. Please check the Australia Post website if you have any further questions or concerns.

PRE ORDER ?

Pre orders is 2 to 3 week wait only because stock is hard to get sometimes due to covid and really big level of orders coming in. I will send out emails when pre orders get made on the store thank you very much for your support

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our warehouse and HQ are both in Adelaide, SA.

Returns?

We accept returns.

You can return items (at buyers expense) in the original condition within 30 days of your purchase.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

There will be no returns on sale items or beanies or items that have been worn or that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

IS DELIVERY FREE?

Delivery within Australia Post is a free with Order Over $60 and you will receive within 10 working days. Pre-orders may be different and shipping times will be communicated for each individual product on pre-order.

Customers outside of Australia shipping incurs a flat $20 fee.
